High-Level Panel: Building a Common Picture – Government-Industry Cooperation in the Age of AI
Building A Common Picture: Government-Industry Cooperation in the Age of AI.
14 October 2026 (Wednesday)
Time: 11.30am to 12.30pm (GMT +8)
Venue: SICW H (Level 3, Cassia 3211 - 3312)
Artificial intelligence is reshaping the cyber landscape - changing how threats emerge, how quickly they scale, and how governments and industry defend against them. No single organisation, however, has a complete view of this evolving environment. Governments bring national-level perspectives and policy levers, while industry holds critical insights from the technologies, networks and services it operates globally.
This High-Level Panel will bring together senior government and industry leaders to examine how both sides can build a common picture of AI-enabled cyber risks and translate that shared understanding into action. The discussion will explore how governments and industry can strengthen information sharing, bridge differences in perspectives and responsibilities, and cooperate more effectively as AI changes both cyber threats and cyber defence.
Drawing on perspectives from across government, technology and cybersecurity, the panel will consider what practical government-industry cooperation should look like in the age of AI—and how greater trust and shared understanding can contribute to a more secure and resilient digital future.
