Biography

Mike Yeh is the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Customer Security & Trust (CST) at Microsoft. Through Microsoft’s Digital Crimes Unit, Microsoft Threat Analysis Center, and Cybersecurity Policy & Diplomacy, CST works to combat cybercrime, address nation-state and influence threats, advance cybersecurity policy, and strengthen trust in the digital ecosystem. CST also includes cybersecurity regulatory affairs, engineering, and legal functions that help protect customers, governments, and communities worldwide. 

Previously, Mike served as Regional Vice President for CELA in Asia, where he led government affairs and public policy. Since joining Microsoft in 2003, he has held leadership roles across North America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. 

Before Microsoft, Mike practiced law at Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C., focusing on antitrust and regulatory matters. He holds a law degree and a master’s degree in public affairs from the University of Minnesota, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University.
