About Singapore International Cyber Week
The Singapore International Cyber Week is Singapore’s premier global cybersecurity event for policymakers, diplomats, technical experts, industry leaders, and academics to drive conversations on cyber and digital security.

The 11th edition of the Singapore International Cyber Week comes at a defining moment for global cybersecurity, as AI-enabled threats, attribution challenges, evolving state behaviour in cyberspace, and growing fragmentation of the digital ecosystem are reshaping how States are approaching cybersecurity and digital governance.
Under the theme “Cyber at a Crossroads: Shaping the New Cyber Order”, SICW 2026 brings together governments, industry, and academia stakeholders to explore how they can collectively navigate and respond to these evolving challenges. Discussions will examine how the rapid advancement of AI is transforming the cyber threat landscape, accelerating the speed of vulnerability discoveries, and creating new challenges for cyber resilience, digital trust, and international cyber cooperation. They will also focus on how States can strengthen dialogue, build trust, and work together with industry and other stakeholders in pursuit of a secure, stable, and resilient cyberspace.
SICW continues to serve as a premier global platform for policymakers, diplomats, technical experts, industry leaders, and academics to drive conversations on cyber and digital security. The 2026 edition will address a wide spectrum of issues – from cyber diplomacy and international cooperation to emerging technologies such as AI and quantum, and the development of a trusted and secure digital ecosystem.
Key SICW 2026 events include the SICW Summit, SICW Opening Ceremony and Opening Plenaries, a series of SICW High-Level Panel sessions focusing on diverse cybersecurity policy, operational, technical and diplomacy topics, as well as the Women in Cyber plenary and Securing Smart Cities sessions. Other various high-level events include the 11th ASEAN Ministerial Conference on Cybersecurity (AMCC), ASEAN Cybercrime Prosecutors’ Roundtable Meeting (ACPRM), and the 12th ASEAN Senior Officials Roundtable on Cybercrime (SORC).
As part of SICW 2026, GovWare Conference and Exhibition is Asia’s premier cybersecurity and connectivity platform, bringing together policymakers, tech innovators, and end-users to drive meaningful dialogue, strategic collaboration, and collective action across the cyber ecosystem. Featuring world-class keynotes, specialised conference tracks, and sector-focused forums, other highlights include the Singapore Government Closed-Door Session, executive roundtables, and over 300 exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge solutions from AI security to zero trust architectures.
