The Singapore International Cyber Week (SICW) 2026 is pleased to announce Sean Cairncross, United States National Cyber Director, as the Opening Plenary Keynote Speaker for its 11th edition.
As the principal advisor to the President of the United States on cybersecurity policy and strategy, Sean Cairncross brings a perspective that is both timely and deeply consequential. His address is part of the high-level dialogue at a defining moment for global cybersecurity — one marked by a technological leap, and the need for a renewed commitment to innovation and resilience.
Under the theme "Cyber at a Crossroads: Shaping the New Cyber Order", SICW 2026 convenes governments, industry, and academia to collectively navigate the most pressing challenges reshaping cybersecurity and digital governance today.
