The SICW Summit is a by-invitation gala dinner that opens the Singapore International Cyber Week and sets the tone for the days ahead. It brings together international heads of delegation, senior officials, industry leaders, and key cybersecurity personalities for a high-level exchange on the issues shaping global cybersecurity.

This year’s Summit will be focused on the SICW 2026 theme: “Cyber at a Crossroads: Shaping the New Cyber Order”. At a time of profound technological and geopolitical change, the theme reflects the opportunities and challenges of fostering meaningful international cyber and digital security cooperation.

The Summit will kick-off with a keynote speech by Canada’s Minister of Public Safety, The Honourable Gary Anandasangaree.
