Biography

Michelle Bordachar Benoit is the Acting National Director of the National Cybersecurity Agency (ANCI). A lawyer from the University of Chile, with a Master’s Degree in International Law from Heidelberg University and a postgraduate diploma in Cybersecurity from the University of Chile, she has played a key role in the design and implementation of Chile’s regulatory framework on cybersecurity and data protection. She is also an academic at the Center for Studies in Law, Technology and Society of the Faculty of Law at the University of Chile, where she conducts teaching and research activities in cybersecurity, data protection, and technology regulation.
