Biography

Mr Yosi Aviram is the team lead for Cyber Strategy, Policy and Data, responsible to formulate National Cybersecurity Strategy, focusing on Emerging Tech.

Yosi leverages a multidisciplinary background to elevate resilience throughout the economy. As a retired IAF Lieutenant Colonel and Aviator, he spearheaded the International Engagement of the National Task Force for Civil Aviation Cyber Security. His strategic perspective is further informed by a diplomatic career—including roles in Canada and Peru—and a professional foundation in International Law and Business Management (MBA).

A recognized expert in international cooperation, Yosi specializes in building alliances necessary to defend against evolving cross-border cyber threats.
