Biography

Mark is the Director of the Trust & Safety Group at GovTech, leading a technical team (engineers, product managers, data scientists, UX designers) building tech products to keep online spaces safe. Many of these products are deployed across Singapore's anti-scam ecosystem in partnership with government agencies such as SPF and IMDA, as well as industry partners such as Google and the GSE, preventing hundreds of millions of dollars in losses and helping to reduce scams in Singapore.

In his previous role at Meta, Mark worked on developing advanced advertising measurement products and bringing them to market. He also served as a Management Consultant at Bain and Economic Analyst at NERA, where he delivered data-driven insights to help organisations improve performance. 

Throughout his career, Mark has focused on creating practical, scalable solutions through data science and technology to address real-world challenges.
