Biography

Garrettson Blight is an executive for Booz Allen Hamilton and leads Cyber Defense for the U.S. Department of War markets as well as for U.S. Partners and Allies. Garrettson has over 20 years of experience in national security and cyber defense.

In his role, Garrettson leads Booz Allen’s support to U.S. military department cyber operations and secure infrastructure modernization as well as international efforts to increase resiliency at the national and sectoral levels for select countries. His technical and strategic work has included support to the intelligence community, DoW, Federal/Civil sector, commercial clients, and international governments in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia regions. Prior to this role, he was the Director of DarkLabs, Booz Allen’s cyber research and development group focusing on translating offensive tradecraft to defensive capabilities. His efforts led to the development of a data analytics and threat hunting start-up which was subsequently acquired.
