Biography

Adli Wahid is a Senior Internet Security Specialist at APNIC with more than two decades of experience in cybersecurity and incident response. He works across the Asia-Pacific region to support cybersecurity capability development, strengthen collaboration among CERTs and CSIRTs, and improve operational cooperation between governments, network operators, law enforcement agencies, and security communities. Prior to joining APNIC, he served as Head of MyCERT (Malaysia Computer Emergency Response Team) from 2006 to 2012, leading national incident response and cybersecurity coordination efforts. Adli's areas of expertise include cyber threat intelligence, incident response, and Internet infrastructure security. He also served on the Board of Directors of FIRST (Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams) from 2014 to 2018.
